TWO MOORS WAY CHALLENGE - COAST to COAST (114miles)
Sarah-Jayne McGlade
My Story
Hello everyone,
I have set myself the mad challenge to run from the North Devon Coast through Exmoor and Dartmoor to the seaside in South Devon. It will be a gruelling 114miles over 5 days.
I am doing it in aid of Royal Devon Exeter Hospital Children's Ward. We have had one rollercoaster ride over the past 17 months since my little girl was born. She has a rare genetic condition called Col4A1/Gould Syndrome.
Multiple cataract surgeries, numerous ambulance rides and even a super quick air ambulance landing. Time and time again the services we received, the speed and the professionalism have been amazing. Thankfully they have managed to carry out all her surgeries during the COVID restrictions and we are out the other side.
I want to give a little back. AND THIS APPEAL IS AWESOME AND WILL MAKE SUCH A DIFFERENCE TO THE CHILDREN'S SERVICES. No kid should be in hospital but if they need to be there it should look and feel safe, happy and fun.
So if you can spare a few pennies, please donate - THANK YOU
